That is what is inside all those permissions that the apps require, including the vaguely defined "diagnostics", which basically means recording your interactions with the app- keylogging on steroids.

I created a PowerPoint (I’m a Luddite) with screenshots from the foreign agent application. It was mind boggling. The grand finale in early December, 2025, was the ‘1000 Pastors to Israel’ trip. However, the stated actions continued at least through March as expenses kept rolling. A Faraday bag doesn't stop any tracking it only temporary mutes tracking. Ditching the sim silences all the tower traffic.
And yes, wifi and bt is not great either. Compared to sim traffic it's minimal. A sim keeps looking for towers every second.
